Toyota Accident Assistance is a free accident management service for all Toyota owners. It doesn't matter how old your car is or who insures it, as a Toyota owner you're eligible for all the advantages we offer.
Recovery and repair are organised 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So, although having an accident is distressing, our service helps minimise the stress that goes with having to sort things out.
We will arrange for your vehicle to be taken to an approved Toyota repairer. This ensures only genuine Toyota parts are used, plus you have the benefit of a three year guarantee for both parts and workmanship. Your repaired Toyota will be returned to you as soon as possible, but in the meantime, you can enjoy the convenience of a courtesy car (Where appropriate and subject to availability).
